I offer in-person sessions in Chilliwack as well as virtual sessions.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a space to explore your inner world with curiosity, compassion, and honesty. Together, we look at the patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and others.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, low mood, life transitions, grief and loss, suicidal thinking/self-harm, body image & eating disorders, burnout, low self-esteem/shame, or the impact of past experiences, our work focuses on helping you better understand your needs and develop new ways of meeting them. Through this process, you can move toward greater clarity, self-trust, and a deeper sense of wholeness.

Couples Therapy
Every relationship develops its own patterns of connection. At times these patterns feel supportive and close, and at other times they can lead to disconnection, conflict, or feeling stuck.
Couples therapy offers support in navigating challenges such as ongoing conflict, disconnection, infidelity, and experiences of grief or loss within the relationship. Rather than placing blame, we focus on understanding the patterns that shape how you relate to one another and how each partner expresses their needs.
The goal is to strengthen emotional bonds, rebuild trust, improve communication, and create new ways of relating that feel more secure, responsive, and fulfilling.

Family Therapy
Families are deeply interconnected, and each member both shapes and is shaped by the system as a whole. At times, this can lead to conflict, misunderstandings, or patterns of communication that feel strained or unhelpful.
Family therapy offers guidance in strengthening caregiver–child relationships, improving communication, and navigating family conflict with greater understanding.
Together, we explore how each person experiences the family dynamic, while identifying ways to honour individual needs and support the overall health of the family unit.
The goal is to build healthier patterns of interaction, foster stronger relational connections, and create a more secure, supportive family environment.
